Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Silkstone Environmental Ltd, an independent minerals and waste consultancy company.
Founded in 2000, and based out of Chapeltown, Sheffield, they employee over 12 staff operating nationally. Silkstone Environmental is a well-established consultancy, surveying and planning business providing a variety of solutions to a wide variety of sectors including, Mines and quarries, Waste management, New-builds, Commercial builds, and Civil engineering.
Today’s announcement continues CTS’s focus on ambitious growth plans and follows the acquisition of CGL Limited in November 2020, and Nicholls Colton in February 2021. In purchasing Silkstone, CTS are enhancing and extending their existing capabilities and further strengthening their offering with an extension to their environmental, landfill, quarry monitoring and permit planning consultancy capabilities.
