Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Nicholls Colton Group Ltd, an independent construction testing company.
With headquarters in Leicester, they employ over 100 staff operating from bases across the UK. Nicholls Colton is a well-established consultancy and testing business providing a variety of solutions to the civil engineering sector. Founded in 1965, they have a long history of working as specialist advisors across the construction industry, including commercial, energy, environmental, highway, housing, maintenance, rail, utility, brownfield, and recycling sectors.
The acquisition of Nicholls Colton Group fits into CTS’ ambitious growth plans. By purchasing Nicholls Colton, CTS are able to compliment, enhance and extend their existing capabilities, further strengthening their offering with the addition of in-house chemistry testing capabilities.
