CTS has announced the appointment of two new senior leaders as part of its ongoing commitment to growth and customer excellence.
Lee Kelly joins as Sales Manager, bringing over 20 years of sales leadership experience within the construction sector. At the same time, Darren Williams takes on the role of General Manager at CTS’s Doncaster site, with a 30-year track record in the construction materials industry.

In his new role, Lee Kelly will focus on strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth across CTS. With a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results, Lee will lead on sales strategy and structure, ensuring CTS continues to provide market-leading service and support to its customers.

Darren Williams Joins as General
Manager – Doncaster
With three decades of experience in technical, commercial, and general management roles, Darren Williams joins CTS to lead the Doncaster site and re-establish it as a centre of excellence for materials testing across Yorkshire, the Midlands, and beyond.
Darren’s career includes senior roles at industry leaders such as RMC (now Cemex), Lafarge, and Longcliffe Quarries.
Looking ahead to his new role, Darren said: “I’m looking forward to joining the senior team at CTS and working with the local team at Doncaster to provide outstanding levels of customer service and client satisfaction. I am already impressed with my team’s can-do attitude and willingness to succeed.”
