Quality Policy Statement
It is the policy of the senior management of the company to control and monitor the quality of all aspects of the company’s activities and operate quality procedures that fully comply with the current versions of the quality management systems standards EN ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 at all times.
The company is committed to operating and maintaining a management system in order to ensure a standard of professional service which not only satisfies the requirements of the company but also satisfies the requirements of the customer and regulatory requirements at all times.
The local and company management, are committed to impartiality and confidentiality.
The management system shall be regularly reviewed by the Quality Department, to assess its effectiveness and ensure that continual improvements are applied where necessary, to enable the management system to meet the requirements of the policies and objectives set.
In order to give customers a high degree of confidence, the company undertakes to provide, at all times, a service to the EN ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Standard for all activities within its UKAS accreditation schedule, a service compliant with the ISO 9001 standard for the scope of certified activities, and adoption of similar management and operational controls for any activities not covered by external certification.
As part of the Induction Procedure and on an ongoing basis, all staff are required to familiarise themselves with the contents of the Quality Manual and comply with the policies and procedures as laid down in the manual and associated documentation at all times.
Updates and amendments to the Quality Manual, Policies & Procedures are communicated to all staff via toolbox talks, monthly staff meetings and management review meetings.
The Managing Director is responsible for the Implementation of the Quality Policy.
The Quality Director has overall responsibility for control of quality and advises on and monitors all aspects of quality within the company.
